Welcome to AltTextGenerator ("Service"), operated by Mozilor Ltd as WebYes ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
AltTextGenerator is a web-based platform that enables users to generate alternative text ("alt text") for images using artificial intelligence technologies. The Service is accessible through a web interface and also provides API access, including integrations such as WordPress plugins. Usage of the Service is governed by a credit-based system, where credits are consumed for generating alt text and are allocated through subscription plans or one-time purchases.
In order to access certain features of the Service, including API functionality, users are required to create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information, violate these Terms, or engage in suspicious, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
The Service operates on a credit-based usage model in which each alt text generation consumes a specified number of credits. Credits may be obtained through subscription plans or one-time purchases. Upon purchasing a new plan, whether subscription-based or one-time, your available credits will be reset and updated according to the selected plan, and any previously unused credits may be replaced or overridden. The pricing and other details of the subscription plan or one-time purchase can be found on the pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard, and such cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time purchases provide a fixed number of credits and do not renew automatically.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize applicable charges, including recurring charges for subscriptions. In the event of failed or incomplete payments, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Service and associated credits until payment obligations are fulfilled.
Refunds may be granted subject to the conditions set forth herein. A user may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase, provided that no more than fifteen (15) credits have been consumed following the purchase. Refund eligibility applies to both subscription plans and one-time purchases.
Refund requests will not be honored if more than fifteen (15) credits have been used, if the request is made after the fourteen-day period, or if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms. All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive, nor may you attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit any part of the Service. Unauthorized use of automated systems, scraping, or any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Service is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these provisions.
Users who access the Service through the API are responsible for maintaining the security of their API credentials. API keys must not be shared or misused. Any excessive, abnormal, or abusive usage of the API may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.
The Service does not store or process image files directly. Instead, only image URLs are transmitted and processed, and the actual image files remain hosted on the user's own servers or third-party platforms. The Service stores certain metadata and generated outputs associated with user activity, including user identification, website or domain information, image identifiers and URLs, generated alt text, processing status, and timestamps.
Data is retained indefinitely unless explicitly deleted by the user. Users may delete individual records or all stored records at their discretion; however, account data is not automatically deleted. The only data subject to automatic expiration is password reset tokens, which expire after a limited period.
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You retain full ownership of the alt text generated through the Service and are solely responsible for how such content is used. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its underlying technology, software, and infrastructure, remain the exclusive property of WebYes.
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence technologies, including third-party models such as Google Gemini, to generate alt text. While we strive to provide useful outputs, we do not guarantee that the generated content will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any specific purpose. Outputs may contain errors or biases, and users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content prior to use.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebYes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in misuse or abuse of the Service, or fail to meet payment obligations. Upon termination, access to the Service will be revoked, and any remaining credits may be forfeited. Data associated with your account may remain stored unless deleted by you.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
